Production Leader for PostNord Package Collection Evening in Växjö

We have three equally important business areas in our organization: letters, packages, and logistics. We are now looking for a driven production leader for the Package Collection evening business area at the package terminal in Växjö. The position is a temporary role for about 1 year.

As a production leader, you will be active in daily operations while leading our team of approximately 50 employees. This position is for you who want to be part of a successful team and are good at leading and motivating. You are communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop the business.

What you will do

• Manage and lead the operational activities on a daily basis
• Create motivation and engagement among employees
• Contribute to the transformation work to adapt the business to changed service offerings, new systems, and working methods
• Plan and follow up on operations within the area of responsibility

What you bring

• High school diploma
• Good leadership skills and an interest in leading
• Experience from the logistics industry or similar
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
